By checking below, you indicate your acknowledgment that a background check may be required as a condition of employment. If so, we will provide further information to you regarding the check. You understand that, if employed, any false statement on this application may result in your dismissal. You further understand that this application is not intended to be a contract of employment, nor does it obligate J.S. McCarthy Packaging + Print in any way, if it decides to employ you. You understand and agree that any employment offered to you will be at-will and can be terminated by either party with or without notice, at any time, for any reason or no reason. No one other than an officer of the company has any authority to enter into any agreement for employment or to make any agreement contrary to the foregoing, and then only in writing signed by an officer.
