The easiest way to send us your files for output is to use the JSM AutoFTP program.
AutoFTP is a standalone program that is hardwired with all the information needed to send
files directly to our server. It is very easy to use, unlike standard
FTP. Since it's pre-configured all you need to do is drag and drop your files to start a transfer.

* Decompress the downloaded .zip file by double clicking on it. This will leave the AutoFTP
program in the location of your choice.
* If you receive an error that the Stuffit Engine is missing, please download and run the installer below. Newer versions of the Stuffit Engine are currently incompatible with the one used in the AutoFTP program. A fix for this is in the works and will be available shortly.

* Drag-n-drop your files (or folder of files) onto the 'JSM_AutoFTP' icon.
* Name the upload with your company name and/or with the name of your Customer Service
Rep. This step is very important to ensure your job is routed to
the appropriate person.
* Hit 'Compress' and the file(s) will be compressed and then the transfer will start. For
large files this step can take some time.
* When the transfer is finished you will get a notice that the upload has completed and our
Preflight department will get an email. You can quit the program
if you are done.

JSM AutoFTP for the PC
* Decompress the downloaded .zip file. This will leave an installer in
the location of your choice called JSM_AutoFTP.exe.
* Run the installer and accept the license agreement, it will install JSM_AutoFTP into
your Programs folder.
* In the Choose
Settings dialog choose to place a shortcut on the desktop, create an Uploader program group, and to add a contextual
Menu item for JSM AutoFTP.
* Click on Next to finish the install.
* Drag-n-drop your files (or folder of files) onto the 'JSM_AutoFTP' shortcut
on your desktop.
* Name the upload with your company name and/or with the name of your
Customer Service Rep. This step is very important to ensure your job
is routed to the appropriate person.
* Hit 'Compress' and the file(s) will be compressed and then the transfer
will start. For large files this step can take some time.
* When the transfer has finished you will get a notice that the upload
has completed and our Preflight department will get an email. You can
quit the program if you are done. The program icon is the blue arrow in
the lower right corner of your start menu, right click on it and choose
exit to quit.
