Direct to Plate:

The JSM workflow utilizes two Creo Trendsetters with 2400 resolution Square-Spot technology. These trendsetters are computer-to-plate devices whereby digital master files are imaged direct to printing plates. It is the Square-Spot technology that allows J.S. McCarthy Printers the special capability to routinely produce jobs with the ultra-fine 300 line and Staccato screenings.
